Sunmesse Nichinan
When I visited Nichinan City in Miyazaki prefecture, I had the opportunity to visit Sun Messe Nichinan. It was a truly unique and exciting experience that I won’t forget.
Sun Messe Nichinan is a park symbolized by seven moai statues that have been restored with permission from Easter Island. It’s a truly unique sight that you can’t see anywhere else in the world. The sight of the moai statues on green grass, lined up against a background of the blue sky and the majestic Pacific Ocean, is truly stunning.
The park is a bit hilly, but that only adds to the beauty of the surroundings. I was also able to see an insect exhibition that is rare in the world, as well as UNESCO World Heritage exhibition panels and artworks, such as drawings of butterflies on the ground.
After exploring the park, I decided to grab a bite to eat at one of the shops and restaurants in the park. I was able to taste some delicious local foods and drinks, which was a great way to complete my visit to Sun Messe Nichinan.
Overall, my visit to Sun Messe Nichinan was a truly unique and memorable experience. If you’re ever in Nichinan City, be sure to visit Sun Messe Nichinan - you won’t be disappointed!
